Scuffed corners, worn edges, faded trim
These are the quiet marks of a bag that has been carried. Our Leather Restore Pens let you soften them at home, in minutes.
Each pen is colour-matched by hand by our master leather artisan, so the restored area settles into the leather around it rather than sitting on top of it. The formula is highly pigmented, so a little goes a long way, and it is made for us alone.
- Precision where you need it - corners, edges, handles, piping and areas with colour loss
- Buildable coverage - from a subtle touch-up to a full restoration, one light layer at a time
- Long-lasting - with typical use, one pen lasts one to two years, as each restoration uses only a little pigment
How to use
- Cleanse the leather and allow it to dry completely.
- Twist the end of the pen to activate it. The pigment flows into the soft brush nib.
- Test for colour match and reaction in an inconspicuous area first.
- Lightly touch up the worn area, then blend outwards with a clean cloth or sponge. Allow to dry between coats.
- Apply one to two coats for a solid finish. Lighter colours may need a little more.
- Leave to dry for at least six hours. Your bag is then ready to carry, or ready to be sealed with our Water & Stain Guard.
Results vary with the type, age and condition of the leather. Colour is matched with great care, though slight variation can occur. Always test before full application.
Suitable for
- Smooth and grained leather and coated canvas
- Corners, edges, handles, piping and trim
Not suitable for suede, nubuck or Vachetta. The pens finish matte, so on high-shine or patent finishes the restored area will show as matte against the gloss.
Finding your shade: each shade is matched to an actual luxury handbag in that colour, so choose the shade named for your bag. If your leather has softened in colour over time, the pen may appear slightly deeper than your leather. Unsure? Our care team is happy to advise before you order.

Will the colour match my bag exactly?
Each shade is matched by our master leather artisan to an actual luxury handbag in that colour, so for most bags the match is seamless. Two things worth knowing before you choose. If your bag has been well loved and the leather has softened in colour over time, the pen - matched to the shade as it left the atelier - may appear slightly deeper than your leather. And our pens finish matte: beautiful on the vast majority of leathers, though on high-shine or patent finishes the restored area will show as matte against the gloss. If you are unsure, our care team is always happy to advise before you order.
Which bags can I use the pens on?
They are made for smooth and grained leathers and coated canvas. They are not suitable for suede, nubuck or Vachetta, and on patent the matte finish will show against the gloss. Begin with a light layer and build gradually for a seamless finish.
How do I find my shade?
Each shade is colour-matched to an actual luxury handbag in that shade, so choose the shade named for your bag. If you cannot see yours, send our care team a photograph and they will point you to the closest match.
How long does a pen last?
With typical use, one pen lasts one to two years. Each restoration uses only a little pigment at a time.
