The pouch that comes with your Neverfull is beautiful, and limiting. On its own it only works as a clutch. The convertor hook lets you wear it on the shoulder or cross body instead.
It fits behind the top zip, and the product video shows exactly how. Depending on the bag or pouch there is often more than one way to use it, so it is worth experimenting.
You receive either one or two convertor hooks, in gold or silver, depending on your selection.
Each hook arrives in its own dust bag, which we recommend storing it in when it is not in use. Like all fashion jewellery it does not like moisture. If it does get wet, wipe it with a soft cloth and allow it to dry.
